The following data policy applies to BAKOBA’s website and related webshop, as well as our newsletter.
Website
We store information about your use of the website, in the form of which sub-pages are visited, browser settings and IP address. If contact form is used, information such as name, company and email address is stored.
Webshop
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We are recording these personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you.
The personal information is registered with BAKOBA ApS and stored for a maximum of five years, after which the information is deleted.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will store your email address to send you our newsletter. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter, after which we remove your email address.
We use MailChimp to broadcast and your email address is transferred to this vendor in line with their data policy and terms.

We use session cookies as part of the CMS system on this page. These are automatically deleted from the browser when the user leaves the website. These cookies help secure the page’s functionality and save no data.

Deleting your data
