The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made by the customer, (hereinafter “you”), to BAKOBA ApS (CVR no. 36729724), hereinafter referred to as “BAKOBA”, “us” or “we”, on BAKOBA -the web site, the mobile web site, mobile applications or by phone (collectively called “bakoba.com”).
By using bakoba.com and / or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions (the “terms”). We ask you to ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order. Withdrawal of a product or service at bakoba.com at any given time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to leave products at any time.
We reserve the right at any time to change these terms and conditions without prior notice to you. The terms that will apply to your order will be those stated on bakoba.com at the time you place your order.

How to shop on the page
To make a purchase from us, you must complete the following steps:
- Find the item (s) you want and put it in the basket, then go to the checkout.
- Enter your personal information.
- Select shipping and payment method.
- Approve our trading terms.
- Check that all information is correct and then approve the purchase.
At bakoba.com you can order BAKOBA goods via our website.
It is not possible to view previous orders at login on the website. If you would like to receive a copy of the previous order confirmation, you can send an email to: [email protected]
All prices on the website are stated inclusive of VAT, but exclusive delivery fee. The fee for delivery is evident in the payment process. If we cannot deliver your order together, but the delivery takes place several times, no additional fee will be charged for the subsequent deliveries. All prices on the website are stated including all taxes. Prices in shops, catalogs and shop.bakoba.com may vary.
Once your order is completed, you will receive per order. e-mail an order confirmation that the order has been completed. As a customer, you can expect a manual for all our products. If for some reason we cannot handle your order, you will hear from us as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order, we will attempt to refund the amount in question using the same payment method that you have used. If alternative agreements are needed for any reason, you will be contacted by a BAKOBA employee to arrange the refund of the amount.
You can pay for your goods by using a valid credit or debit card (see overview below). The amount of the goods will only be deducted when the goods are shipped from shop.bakoba.com. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
In our e-shop you can pay with the following payment methods:
Visa, VisaDankort, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB
If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment history.
Data you send in connection with purchases, paid with debit cards, are encrypted (SSL), and so only PBS can read them.
You have no deductible in case your card is abused in an internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.
It is only possible to use a specific discount code once
Delivery / Shipping
BAKOBA uses GLS Denmark A / S for delivery. We try to deliver the goods within 2 to 3 business days. Although we try to deliver within these delivery times, delivery may take longer for unexpected complications.
At any order in Denmark, Norway and Sweden there are fixed prices for freight of DKK 30 for parcel shop and DKK 45 for delivery to your household.
Upon delivery outside Scandinavia, a fixed fee will be charged depending on the destination. This fee will appear in the basket / box.
Note that shipping / delivery may be unavailable to any country. It is not possible to place an order for a country to which BAKOBA does not deliver.

Return & Exchange
If you want to exchange your item for another product, the product must be returned to BAKOBA and you must enclose a message about what you want to exchange for. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them. This means that the goods must not be damaged, dirty, washed, changed or used and that all labels are intact.

In the case of a replacement, the new package will be sent to the stated address unless otherwise has been disclosed to us. If you wish to change the delivery address, you can contact bako[email protected] and provide the address and order number and it will be changed.
If any of the purchase is made with gift cards, the amount of the gift card will not be paid out, however, you will get it back as a discount code.
Upon prior agreement at [email protected], goods can also be returned to our office in Copenhagen if you bring your receipt, which you have received by e-mail.
When you buy a product you have a right of withdrawal in 14 days.
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must therefore notify BAKOBA no later than 14 days after you have received the goods that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and therefore will return the goods. Your message must be made by an unambiguous statement – eg. by letter or email to the email address: [email protected] Or by using the standard withdrawal form from the Danish E-Mark.
You must then return the product to BAKOBA ApS no later than 14 days after you have notified that you will exercise your right of withdrawal. You must pay the direct costs in connection with the goods return shipment. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Missing original packaging may possibly be an impairment, so in order to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging. You always have the opportunity to return your item if you comply with the cancellation deadline. If the value of the goods is impaired when it is received, or if the goods have been damaged, BAKOBA has the option of deducting an amount corresponding to the impairment. The law on deficiencies may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or refusal of the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must advertise within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
When you return the item, please describe the problem as detailed as possible.
